Hotel Serrano

The Hotel Serrano, located just three blocks from Union Square, is a fun and romantic  place to stay in San Francisco. Inside this beautifully restored, 17-story Spanish revival building, is a Moroccan and Spanish design inspired with romance in mind. You may notice a lot of games in the lobby as this is one of the themes of the hotel. During check-in, they even had us play a game with the front desk. The service was gracious and friendly.

 

Each of their guest rooms is bright and cherry and puts you in the mood to have a great time in the City!  Crisp white 400 thread count frette linens, matched with striped bed skirts and draperies, finely detailed wood furnishings and a regal patterned carpet blend well together very harmoniously to create a romantic atmosphere. The game theme carries through to the guest rooms as you will find your own personal set of games to play in-room.  All guest rooms include a host of amenities including iHome Stereo with ipod docking station, terrycloth bathrobes, honor bar stocked with games, beverages and snacks, flat panel TV's and Aveda bath products. Executive suites feature oversized rooms with a king sized bed and either a steam or whirlpool tub. 

 

The guest room rate includes a hosted evening wine hour, morning coffee and tea service, newspapers in the lobby, and an onsite 24-hour fitness center. In-room spa services are available for a quiet and private couples massage. A modern and romantic lounge, Ponzu, is located within the hotel.
